MATERIALS: 100% Jute
CARE: Regular vacuuming and rotation should keep your rug in shipshape condition. When vacuuming, always use the standard floor head; never use the rotating brush. Dry spots can be removed by scraping carefully from the outer edges toward the middle of the spot. Do not rub wet spots; simply blot with paper towels, and clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Professional cleaning is recommended when needed. For indoor and enclosed porch use only.

If an item is available, it will ship within 3-7 business days (excluding holidays). Most items are shipped via USPS or UPS within the continental US. Tracking information will be provided once items are shipped.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days.
All items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Commissioned art, custom furniture, gift cards, large area rugs, health and personal care items are final sale and not eligible for refund.
Please note all shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. A 20% restocking fee applies to certain items.
