Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days.  

All items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Commissioned art, custom furniture, gift cards, large area rugs, health and personal care items are final sale and not eligible for refund.

Please note all shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. A 20% restocking fee applies to certain items.

General Shipping

If an item is available, it will ship within 3-7 business days (excluding holidays).

Most items are shipped via USPS or UPS within the continental US.

Tracking information will be provided once items are shipped.

We do our best to provide the most up-to-date stock information online. If an item is backordered, you will be promptly notified and given an estimated availability date.
Item will ship once it becomes available. If the item is no longer available, you will be given the option to cancel your order. 

Furniture Delivery

Furniture and other oversized pieces are shipped via local third-party providers.

White-Glove delivery costs are as follows:

Cape Cod Flat-Rate Delivery Rate: $150

New England States (MA, NH, VT, ME, CT, RI): $200

Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard: $350

Nationwide: quoted on a per order case

We service mainly the New England area but are able to arrange delivery nationwide. Please allow a longer processing time with these items. Shipping will be quoted on a per order case. We will contact you once you place your order to make delivery arrangements. We provide both curbside and white-glove shipping.

Made-to-order furniture and oversized items (ex: sofas, beds and rugs) have extended processing and delivery times. We will contact you with an estimated timeline once the order is placed and arrange delivery once item is ready to ship.

All made-to-order items are not refundable.
