We all could use this gentle reminder from time to time. This 11x14 cotton canvas banner serves as a daily encouragement toward self-compassion, especially for those who tend to be their own toughest critics, while extending kindness to everyone else.

"Stop Being So Mean To Yourself" was thoughtfully designed and hand-watercolored through multiple iterations before being scanned, digitally refined, and printed onto white canvas by Michael F. DuBois of Dream Of The Woods. The printing process preserves the authentic watercolor appearance, and each banner comes ready to hang with a wooden dowel and twine.

If an item is available, it will ship within 3-7 business days (excluding holidays). Tracking information will be provided once items are shipped.

We do our best to provide the most up-to-date stock information online. If an item is backordered, you will be promptly notified and given an estimated availability date.
Item will ship once it becomes available. If the item is no longer available, you will be given the option to cancel your order. 

If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for most unused items in their original condition.
