Each piece is blown individually creating a unique pattern and coloring. Mouth blown lamps may vary in height up to 1.25" due to the unique nature of the product.

SHIPPING:

If an item is available, we will ship it within forty-eight hours.
Small items are shipped via standard ground carriers within the continental US.
At the moment, we are unable to ship internationally.

FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS

There are two types of delivery options - curbside or white glove - both of which will require a signature. If you would like items to be held and delivered on a specific date, please notify us so we can accommodate your needs. We are unable to deliver furniture to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or PO Boxes.

Curbside Delivery - The most cost-effective for shipping furniture. With this option, the delivery team will unload goods from the truck and place it on the curb outside of your location. This is the recommended option for delivery to storage facilities, warehouses, or homes with garages.

We will call to arrange a delivery date and provide a 1-3 hour window.

Fees vary based on delivery location, please be sure to select the appropriate option when checking out.

CAPE COD & ISLANDS

White Glove Delivery - A premium option that places a piece inside your room of choice, along with assembly and removal of all packaging materials. We ask that you please verify the accessibility of the space inside your home, checking for narrow doorways, stairways or elevators. This will prevent damages to items and make the delivery quick and efficient.

We will call to arrange a delivery date and provide a 1-3 hour window.

CAPE COD

Applies only to Cape Cod addresses- $199

NATIONWIDE

Continental US- $450

If an item is back-ordered, you will be promptly notified and given an estimated availability date. We will ship the item once we receive it.

If the item is not available by the date specified, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you aren't, please contact us right away. Undamaged items may be returned within ten days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies to large rugs, lighting, and furniture. Custom furniture and delivery fees are not refundable. Funds will be reimbursed to either the original form of payment or Elburne store credit.
