Why Work With Us
It's a big decision and we know you might be anxious about trusting someone with your home and your budget. We like being upfront about our costs and the true price of all items. Therefore, our design fee is a flat-rate based on square footage. All products are listed and billed separately. This way you know exactly where your money is going and we can focus on designing. Expectations and expenses = managed.

The plotting and treasure hunting begins as we do the work to bring the vision to life.
Show n' Tell
With all the visuals, floor plans and mood boards, we'll present our ideas and gather feedback before delivering the full and final designed room.
No! We work with several different vendors, retailers, artists and local makers. Getting the right look for the right prize is our priority and so we consider all available options to get it just right.
No, we charge a $250 deposit to come to your space. This fee is credited towards the overall design fee once you sign on as a client. Deposits are nonrefundable.
We charge a flat fee based on square footage for design and a separate (and optional) installation fee for those that want us to handle all purchasing for them so they won't have to lift a finger. Furniture and accessories are billed separately. While we make attempts to work with all budgets, you should be prepared to spend at least $8,000 for a fully designed and decorated room.
We expect to make revisions after the initial presentation. This is a collaborative process and we need all your feedback so we have the tools to wow you. With that said, after the presentation, we will take all your notes and revise, from changing small details to starting from the beginning if the project calls for it. We allow for one revision at no additional charge. Additional revisions will be billed hourly.
We make every effort to re-purpose as much as we can, it's the most sustainable way to redecorate. However, we ask that you stay open to the possibility that some items may not work within design plans.
It depends if you want to do some work yourself or not. Our design service will give you all the tools to transform the space yourself. However, if you rather walk into a completed room without having to handle all the purchasing, receiving, quality inspection, assembling and styling of each item then our installation service will take care of this step. This is an optional add-on. Fee is calculated as a small percentage based on total purchases.
